My Grandfather introduced my family to Salcombe and it's where my love of sailing and boats began. This print is inspired by a classic, clinker built motor launch which was hand-built in Salcombe. 
This edition is probably the most literal of the WATERLINES prints, showing the curves and shadows created by the planks of the hull. 
 
WATERLINE is a collection of limited edition screen prints, based on boats found in locations around the world which mean a lot to me. 
Each print starts life as a photograph, before digital abstraction where i split the image into a number of layers which are then hand silkscreen printed.
