I found this fishing boat on a white sandy beach in Gili Air, Indonesia. 
The vivid yellow (my fav.colour) hull drew me to the boat and I fell instantly in love. 
This edition is the only print which shows the grain and splinters of the boat's wooden hull. 
 
WATERLINE is a collection of limited edition screen prints, based on boats found in locations around the world which mean a lot to me. 
Each print starts life as a photograph, before digital abstraction where i split the image into a number of layers which are then hand silkscreen printed.
